The company was founded in 2004 and with 32 years of experience Karon's culinary expertise includes 19 years of catering, patisserie and chocolate experience in Europe. Creating unique menus, one of a kind desserts and cooking on movie sets for some of the celebrities seen on the 'big screen'.
When Karon emigrated to Canada she spent 11 years in the Yukon Territory which brought many more exciting locations in extreme wilderness settings and cooking for more 'famous' TV personalities.
